About the Mahotsav
Shobha Yatra and seven evenings of satsang, kirtan and darshan
Shrimad Bhagvat Satsang is a raspan — a rasa to be drunk in — seven evenings of katha from the Shrimad Bhagvat, revered in our tradition as the vangmaya swaroop, the verbal form of Shri Thakorji Himself. Each evening the katha is woven with kirtan in the Ashtachhap tradition and darshan of Shri Thakorji, in the bhav of the Pushtimarg of Shri Vallabhacharyaji Mahaprabhuji.
You and your family are affectionately invited. Attendance is open to all, and the Bhagvat asks only for a listening heart — come for a single evening or receive all seven. Children are most welcome; this Mahotsav is a family occasion.
Whether these leelas have been with you since childhood or come to you fresh, it would be our community's saubhagya to welcome you.
एते चांशकलाः पुंसः कृष्णस्तु भगवान् स्वयम्।
इन्द्रारिव्याकुलं लोकं मृडयन्ति युगे युगे॥

The Mahotsav will be graced by Vaishnavacharya Dr. Shri Dwarkeshlalji Mahodayshri of Kadi–Ahmedabad — seventeenth descendant in the direct lineage of Jagadguru Shri Vallabhacharyaji Mahaprabhuji and founder of the Antarashtriya Vaishnav Sangh — who will deliver the katha each evening.
